delegate to its tenant(s) , in accordance with this Declaration and the Bylaws, such Owner's rights of <br /> possession, use and enjoyment of Unit 200 and the Common Elements appurtenant thereto for any <br /> purpose not inconsistent with this paragraph or any other provision of this Declaration. <br /> (c) Unit 300. Subject to the provisions of this . Section, Unit 300 shall be owned, <br /> occupied and used for general office purposes (which may include the providing or performing of <br /> governmental services to the extent authorized to be .provided or performed by North Carolina local <br /> governments) only. No illegal, noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on <br /> by any person in, on or upon any Unit, the Building or any of the other Common Elements, nor shall <br /> anything be done therein or thereon tending to cause any nuisance to any Owner. No person shall keep or <br /> maintain in, on or upon any Unit, the Building or anyof the other Common Elements any plant, animal or <br /> device or thing of any sort that is illegal, noxious, dangerous, unsightly or otherwise of a nature that may <br /> diminish or destroy the enjoyment of any Unit, the Building or any of the other Common Elements by any <br /> Owner. <br /> Section 7.04 Sign. Any and all property identification, commercial and other .signs erected <br /> on, affixed to or maintained on the exterior of any Unit, the Building or the .
