exist or may be caused by settlement or movement of the Building, or by permissible repairs, construction <br /> or alterations , as provided in N.C . G . S, §47C4414. <br /> Section 4.03 Nature of Interest in each Unit. Each U. together with the undivided interest . in <br /> the Common Elements appurtenant thereto as set forth on the attached FMUBIT B, shall for all purposes <br /> be, and it is # hereby declared to be, a separate parcel of real estate. Subject to the provisions of this <br /> Declaration (including any and all utility and other easements, if any, reserved or conveyed herein), the <br /> Bylaws, the Rules and Regulations and such acts and resolutions as may be adopted from time to time by <br /> the Board of Directors as provided in the Bylaws : <br /> (a) the Owner of Unit 100 shall be entitled to and shall have. <br /> (i) the exclusive ownership, use and possession of Unit 100 , <br /> (ii) the exclusive use of any Class I Limited Common Elements, <br /> (iii) the exclusive use of any Class V Limited Common Elements allocated to <br /> Unit 100, together with the Owner of any other Unit to which such Class V Limited9 <br /> Common Elements are allocated, and <br /> (iv) the non-exclusive use, together with the Owner of each other Unit, of all <br /> Common Elements not designated as Limited Common Elements; <br /> (b) the Owner of Unit 200 shall be entitled to and shall have. <br /> (i) the exck ive ownership, use and possession of Unit 200, <br /> (ii) the exclusive use of any Class II Limited Common Elements, <br /> (iii) the exclusive use, together with the Owner of Unit 300, of any Class IV <br /> Limited Common Elements allocated to Unit 200 and Unit 300, and <br /> (iv) the exclusive use of_ any Class V Limited Common Elements allocated to <br /> Unit 200, together with the Owner of any other Unit to which such Class V Limited <br /> Common Elements are allocated, and <br /> (v) the non-exclusive use, together with the Owner of each other Unit, of all <br /> Common Elements not designated as Limited Common Elements; and <br />
