c - ' <br /> (c) Association. "Association" shall mean Gateway Center Condominium <br /> Association, Inc., - a North Carolina nonprofit corporation, its successors and assigns. <br /> (d) Board of Directors . "Board of Directors" shall mean the duly appointed or <br /> elected Board of Directors of the Association. <br /> (e) Building. "Building" shall mean the building located on the Property containing <br /> the Units. <br /> (f) Bylaws. "Bylaws" shall mean the Bylaws of the Association in the form attached <br /> hereto as EXHIBIT D as same may be amended and/or modified from time to time as provided therein. <br /> (g) Class I Limited Common Elements . "Class I Limited Common Elements" shall <br /> mean any Common Elements allocated by this Declaration or by operation of the Act for the exclusive <br /> use of the Unit located on the first (ground floor) of the Building. <br /> (h) Class II Limited Common Elements . "Class R Limited Common Elements" shall <br /> mean any Common Elements allocated by this Declaration or by operation of the Act for the exclusive <br /> use of the Unit located on the second floor of the Building. <br /> (i) Class III Limited Common Elements . "Class III Limited Common Elements" <br /> shall mean any Common Elements allocated by this Declaration or by operation of the Act for the <br /> exclusive use of the Unit located on the third floor of the Building. <br /> {j) Class IV Limited Common Elements . "Class IV Limited Common Elements" <br /> shall mean any Common Elements allocated by . this Declaration or by operation of the Act for the <br /> exclusive use of the* Units located on the second and third floors of the Building. <br /> (k) Class V Limited Common Elements . "Class V Limited Common Elements" <br /> shall mean any Common Elements allocated by this Declaration or by operation of the Act for the <br /> exclusive use - of any one ( 1 ) or more but fewer than all of the Units, exclusive of the Class I Limited <br /> Common Elements, the Class II Limited Common Elements, the Class III Limited Common Elements <br /> and the Class IV Limited Common Elements. Class V Limited Common Elements shall include any and <br /> all Limited Common Elements * not expressly designated in this Declaration or by operation of the Act as <br /> -23 - <br />
