These vehicle <br /> contracts comply with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and State requirements. <br /> Subrecipients that are public entities may utilize these vehicle contracts to purchase <br /> public vehicles, with review and approval from University and NCDOT. <br /> Private entities that purchase vehicles must use a competitive procurement process to <br /> purchase vehicles. Private entities should follow 2 CFR 200.317 through 200.320, <br /> General Procurement Standards. Such procurements must be conducted through a <br /> competitive and open process without limitation of any contractors.
