A brief final report <br /> summarizing the accomplishments of Tasks 1-3 will be compiled and submitted no later than fifteen {15) <br /> days following the completion of the project and no later than January 15, 2022, <br /> Timeline <br /> NOTE: Work cannot begin until the final authorization letter from the Federal Highway <br /> Administration has been received by the NC Clean Energy Technology Center. <br /> Final invoicing to NCCETC is to be on or before: August 15, 2021 <br /> Final report due: January 15, 2022 <br /> Project Period: November 1, 2019-- January 31, 2022 <br /> 1st Quarter: November 1, 2019 — December 31, 2019 <br /> • Begin due diligence process <br /> • Request guidance on purchasing requirements from County Purchasing Agent <br /> • Submit Quarterly report on or before November 15, 2019 <br /> 2nd Quarter: January 1, 2020— March 31, 2020 <br /> • Verify vendor qualifications and that all purchases meet relevant standards/codes <br /> • Develop and submit project equipment to bid process (as required) <br /> • Submit Quarterly report on or before January 15, 2020 <br /> 3rd Quarter: April 1, 2020-- June 30, 2020 <br /> • Select winning bids (as required) and approve vendors <br /> • Create, review, and enter into contracts with vendors for equipment and services <br /> • Submit Quarterly report on or before May 15, 2020 <br /> 4th Quarter: July 1, 2020—September 30, 2020 <br /> • Receive leased PHEV vehicle; inspect, test,confirm that equipment is operating correctly <br /> ■ Post CarShare Parking signage to reserve space for leased PHEV <br /> ■ Apply Smart Fleet labelling and put vehicle 1 equipment in service---vehicle deployment date to be <br /> reported in quarterly report <br /> • Develop and distribute press release <br /> • Begin monitoring and recording of actual usage of vehicle and EVSE <br /> • Submit Quarterly report on or before July 15, 2020 <br /> 5th Quarter: October 1, 2020 -- December 31, 2020 <br /> + Organize &conduct ribbon cutting of standalone solar charging EVSE with leased PHEV <br /> North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center 7 <br />
