110119 0.1 <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br />ORANGE COUNTY CONTRACT AMENDMENT #1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />THIS CONTRACT AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this <br />25th day of October 2019 by and between ORANGE COUNTY (hereinafter referred <br />to as "County") and Intellicom, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"). <br /> <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />THAT WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a contract dated <br />September 26, 2019 (internally designated as 2019-676 and otherwise titled as <br />SheriffProjScreen), for the provision and installation of a projection screen to the <br />County (hereinafter the "Original Agreement"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to modify the Original Agreement while <br />keeping in effect all terms and conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent <br />with the terms and conditions set forth below. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and <br />agreements made in the Original Agreement and herein, the parties agree to amend <br />the Original Agreement as follows: <br /> <br />1. The amount in Section 1 shall be amended to Four Thousand Seven Hundred <br />ninety five dollars ($4,795.00). <br />2. An expanded Services shall include the provision and installation of power to <br />the new projector screen as well as permits for the inspection. <br />3.
