ORD-2019-036 <br />Except as specifically modified herein all other terms in the following sections are not amended and shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Sec. 18-6. - Definitions <br />• Knife means a cutting instrument consisting of a sharp blade. A pocket knife, carried and/or possessed in a <br />closed position, with a blade not exceeding four inches long that provides for its point and cutting edge to be <br />entirely enclosed by its handle and that may not be opened by throwing, explosive or spring action is not, for <br />purposes of this Ordinance, a knife, the carrying or possession of which is prohibited under this chapter. <br /> <br />• Sec. 18-151. - Definitions. <br />Pocket kKnife and Pocket Knife means a folding knife typically used for utilitarian purposes having an <br />overall length of three inches or less when in its closed positionhave the same meaning and definition as <br />those terms are defined in Section 18-6 of this Chapter. <br /> <br />3
