Division of Water Resources (DWR) <br />requesting that our existing 10 million gallons per day (mgd) allocation of Jordan Lake's water <br />supply storage be reduced to 5 mgd. We have further advised the DWR that we retain the right <br />to make substantial changes in this application, should the need arise, prior to the final <br />application deadline currently scheduled for Apri12001. <br />The background and rationale for this action is contained in our Jordan Lake Water Supply <br />Allocation Discussion Paper; dated January 2001, which is provided herewith.
