Seconded <br />by Selkirk. <br />VOTE: Unanimous <br />AGENDA ITEM #4: COMMISSIONERS' MEETING ACTION REPORTS <br /> (None available) <br />AGENDA ITEM #5: PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> The Chair read the public charge. <br />AGENDA ITEM #6: CHAIR COMMENTS <br /> None <br />AGENDA ITEM #7: COMMITTEE/ADVISORY BOARD REPORTS <br /> a. Board of Adjustment - McAdams reported that the Board of <br /> Adjustment did meet, but did not hear the scheduled appeal. The case <br /> will be heard on February 12'x. <br /> b. Agricultural Preservation Board - Strayhorn reported that most of the <br /> discussion was about the Agricultural Summit that was held last week. <br /> The summit was very successful. They are simplifying the document to <br /> sign for voluntary agriculture districts. The Commissioners have not <br /> approved the changes yet. <br /> c. Ordinance Review Committee - no meeting <br /> d. Shaping Orange County's Future -The report has been presented to <br /> all of the local governments. The Planning Board will make any <br /> comments concerning the report at the March meeting. Joanna <br /> Bradshaw will make sure each member of the Planning Board has a <br /> copy of the report. <br />20 <br />
