Our experienced team of <br /> transportation professionals can assist with transportation system management to improve fleet reliability <br /> and meet Federal Transit Administration Compliance for Public Transportation. <br /> CONSULTANT SERVICES: <br /> • Best Practices that include: <br /> o Operation Procedures <br /> o Vehicle Fleet Maintenance <br /> o Equipment Maintenance <br /> o Develop Preventive Maintenance Inspections <br /> a Transit Asset Management Compliance Planning <br /> a Fleet Oil Analysis Program and Lubrication Quality Products <br /> ■ Develop Standard Operating Procedures and Transit Maintenance Plan for Orange County that <br /> includes Sheriff Vehicles,Transit Vehicles,EMS Vehicles,Passenger Vehicles,and Emergency <br /> Power Generator Backup. <br /> • Develop Safety Procedures for Fleet Maintenance Division and Public Transportation. <br /> • Federal Transit Administration compliance,including Federal and state program compliance <br /> documentation. <br /> ■ Assist the Fleet Management Maintenance Supervisor in implementing Best Practices for Fleet <br /> Management. <br /> • New Bus Procurements that include research for product quality, specification requirements,pre- <br /> production processes,and Federal Transit Administration Compliance for purchases,as well as <br /> Bus Manufacturer Inspection worksheet that includes pre-delivery and post-delivery inspection. <br /> • Pre-delivery inspection and final delivery inspection specifications for Emergency Medical <br /> Service Vehicles purchased_ <br /> ■ Equipment research for shop equipment that includes quotes,procurements,FTA Compliance for <br /> fuel management system,fare collection equipment,and etc. <br /> • Employee Training that includes Transit Administration Compliance,Best Practices guidelines to <br /> improve Transit Fleet Life Cycle and Fleet Management Vehicle Life Cycle. <br /> • Budget planning. <br /> • Preventive Maintenance Planning to improve reliability. <br /> ■ Maintenance Program management system_ <br /> • F'TA Equipment asset management planning, <br /> • Provide data for grant devolvement. <br /> • Grant funding management_ <br />
