:a <br />MOTION: Katz moved approval of the proposed amendment for expansion of the <br />Hillsborough Area EDD by adding Areas 3a, 3b, and 3c. Seconded by <br />Woods. (Page 49) <br />VOTE: Unanimous <br />MOTION: Katz moved to approve the Planning Staff recommendation of the <br />proposed text amendments regarding the proposed EDD subdistricts and <br />application requirements for the proposed Hillsborough Area EDD. <br />(Page 87) <br />VOTE: Ayes, 7; No, 1 (Chair Gooding-Ray -she does not want this to be the <br />only place in the County for non-residential development) <br />MOTION: Katz moved approval of the zoning atlas amendments on pages 113-117 <br />(Area A (large part), Area A (SW quadrant), Area 1, Area 2, and <br />Area C). Seconded by Goodwin. <br />VOTE: Ayes, 7; No, 1 (Chair Gooding-Ray -same reason as previous motions). <br />
