November 8, 2019 <br />Mr. Alan Dorman <br />Assistant Director <br />Orange County Asset Management Services <br />131 W Margaret Ln. <br />Hillsborough NC, 27278 <br />Re: 405 Meadowlands <br />Alan, <br />Per our walk thru and attached floor plan our scope of work will be: <br />* Remove millwork as shown <br />* Install new counter tops as needed <br />* Remove sinks cap off in wall <br />* Wall patching <br />* Patch flooring as needed <br />* New flooring installed as per layout <br />* Install new wood base and shoe molding, patch as needed <br />* Painting of space <br />* Add 1- 3’0 x 7’0, jamb, wood door and hardware <br />All work to be complete during 10 hours daily and to be completed by November 20.
