To support implementation we provide a team which will include a customer success manager, customer support <br />specialists, partner marketing specialist, data scientist, technical support, & solutions engineers. <br />[Include more detailed description of pilot services and post pilot program] <br />The County will operate a pilot program in several service areas throughout the County including a program in the <br />downtown Hillsborough area (“the Downtown Hillsborough Area”). The Pilot shall consist of the first six (6) <br />months of the Term of this Agreement. After the conclusion of the Pilot period, the County will continue to operate <br />service in the Downtown Hillsborough Area.
