To provide for predictable long-range water and sewer <br />capital improvement planning and financing. <br />_5. 7,o provide for limitations on water anal sewer service in <br />cLrtain areas, as defined. <br />1~ HOW TNEAGREEMEN ~ ~~ <br />T WORKS: <br />A. Ef~'ective llate of the Agreement <br />This agreement shall become effective upon execution <br />by all of the parties and signature by the chief elected or <br />appointed offir.ial. <br />13. Term of Agreement <br />This agreement shall remain in effect for ten (10) years from its <br />execution, and shall be renewable as provided in the following <br />subsection. <br />C. Procedure for rene~~~al <br />At the end of each ten year term, the agreement shall renew <br />automatically, unless written notice is provided of intent to <br />withdraw as noted in subsection E below. <br />D. Procedure for proposing and acting on changes in <br />agreement including boundaries <br />1. Any change to the agreement (including <br />boundaries) requires approval of all parties to the <br />agreement. <br /> <br />
