That is xiet the concern expressed by the DWASA <br />Board, lrou'11 recall that this was "fixed" in the March 29, 2DDD <br />versinn of the Agreement. The Agreement as it was revised in <br />March 2DDD calls for Chatham County utility exCensions to be <br />approved by OwASA, Orange County and Chapel rill r~ Carrboro. <br />Thy: QwASA Soaxd hoe expressed a concern about the <br />requirement for unanimous approval among DWASA, Dra.*~ge Ca-inty, <br />Carrtaazq and Chapel Hill nor non-emergency water and sewer <br />trarlefers.
