The Agreement has been revised to incorporate <br />recommendations of the governing boards of the parties to the <br />agreement. Please consider approving this agreement at an <br />appropriate opportunity and as soon as possible. <br />We have been asked by Carrboro to comment an the process <br />far linking the proposed Water and Sewer Boundary Agreement with <br />the Joint Planning Agreement. Linking the two agreements is part <br />of the overall strategy to make sure that the local government <br />decisions about where public water arzd sewer will be permitted <br />cannot bE undone by triird persons seeking connection to public <br />
