The property is further described as follows: <br />Parcel Identification Number (PIN)0801-13-2925 <br />Owner Hollow Rock Racquet and Swim Club, Inc. <br />Address 5100 Erwin Road, Durham, NC 27707 <br />Acreage x +/- 9.29 acres in Orange County <br />x +/- 5.51 acres in Durham County <br />Zoning (in Orange County)x Rural Buffer (RB) <br />x Not in a protected or critical watershed <br />Special Use Permit Category Class B –Recreational Facility <br />The SUP application proposes the following improvements to the club: <br />x Renovations to the clubhouse, which would not alter the building footprint or height; <br />x Demolition of the wading pool and three fabric shade structures; and <br />x Construction of the following features: <br />o An accessible walk, ramp, and overhead canopy at the main entry; <br />o A 750 sq. ft. concessions building with a trellis; and <br />o A 675 sq. ft. open-air picnic shelter. <br />84
