Superior Court within 30 days of the availability of notice of decision as detailed within <br />UDO Section 2.12.5. <br />10. If approved, staff is recommending the imposition of several conditions as detailed within <br />Attachment 5. <br />11. Please note if this project is approved by the Board, this approval does not exempt <br />the applicant from securing all necessary permits authorizing the commencement of <br />land disturbing activities, including but not limited to: <br />a. Erosion Control and Stormwater Permits; <br />b. P ermits from the Orange County Health Department approving a proposed <br />septic system and/or well for the project; <br />c. B uilding permits including review and approval of the plans by the County Fire <br />Marshal; <br />d. A Solid Waste Management Permit; <br />e. A Zoning Compliance Permit; and/or <br />f. NCDOT Driveway Permits. <br />12. The approval of the SUP establishes that the proposed land use is permitted to be <br />developed as proposed. If the applicant cannot secure required permits authorizing the <br />physical development of the project, as detailed herein, the SUP may expire. <br /> <br />23
