UDO the Board chair reserves the right to exclude evidence and testimony that <br />is deemed: ‘incompetent, irrelevant, immaterial, or unduly repetitious’ and <br />therefore fails to reasonably address the issues before the Board of <br />Adjustment. A-1-19 – Quasi-Judicial Public Hearing to review a Class B SUP <br />request submitted by the Hollow Rock Racquet and Swim Club <br />located at 5100 Erwin Road (PIN 0801-13-2925) requesting to <br />expand their existing recreational facility. <br />Hollow Rock is a member-owned recreational facility offering <br />year-round tennis, swim, fitness, and camp activities. The facility <br />is split across the Durham and Orange County line, with <br />approximately 9 acres in Orange County’s planning jurisdiction <br />zoned Rural Buffer (RB) general use zoning district. <br />In order to expand its facility in Orange County, Hollow Rock <br />must meet current Orange County zoning requirements, including <br />obtaining a Class B Special Use Permit for a Recreational Facility. <br /> <br />6.
