Training <br />A. Human Relations Commission (HRC) members gathered to receive their annual Fair <br />Housing Training as required by the Orange County Civil Rights Ordinance. A quorum <br />was present. <br /> <br />II. Approval of Amended Minutes—August 13, 2018 <br />A. Proposed changes were made to provide more clarity on the conversation regarding <br />changing the membership from 18 to 12 members. <br />B. A motion to approve the proposed changes was made by Mr. Matt Case and seconded <br />by Ms. Joy Preslar. All were in favor. <br /> <br />III.
