<br />County Health Department, 300 West Tryon Street, Hillsborough, NC.

<br />BOARD OF HEALTH MEMBERS PRESENT: Timothy Smith, Chair, Jessica Frega, Vice-
<br />Chair, Keith Bagby, Bruce Baldwin, Jennifer Deyo, Aparna Jonnal, Sam Lasris and Alison
<br />Stuebe.

<br />BOARD OF HEALTH MEMBERS ABSENT: Commissioner Earl McKee and Liska Lackey
<br />
<br />STAFF PRESENT: Quintana Stewart, Health Director; Janis Barney, Certified Medical
<br />Assistant; Antonia Cortes Sanchez, Family Navigator; Erika Cervantes Munoz, Family
<br />Navigator; LaKaya Craig, Family Navigator; Rebecca Crawford, Financial and Administrative
<br />Services Director; Jena Dolby, Family Navigator; Victoria Hudson, Environmental Health
<br />Director; Pam McCall, Public Health Nursing Director; Rhonda Morales, Family Navigator; Ling
<br />Oy, Family Navigator; Kristin Prelipp, Communications Manager; Maria Pahuamba, Public

<br />I. Welcome New Employees
<br />
<br />Timothy Smith, Chair, called the meeting to order at 7pm. Quintana Stewart, Health Director,
<br />introduced the new employees in attendance: Janis Barney, Antonia Cortes Sanchez, Erika
<br />Cervantes Munoz, LaKaya Craig, Jena Dolby, Rhonda Morales, Ling Oy, Maria Pahuamba,
<br />Thomas Privott, Debra Wright and Claudia Yerena.
<br />
<br />Next, Mr. Smith welcomed the new BOH members, Aparna Jonnal and Alison Stuebe. The BOH
<br />members introduced themselves including their appointed Board position and current
<br />employment.
<br />
<br />II. Public Comment for Items NOT on Printed Agenda: None.

<br />III. Approval of the August 28, 2019 Agenda
<br />
<br />Motion was made by Bruce Baldwin to approve the agenda, seconded by Keith Bagby
<br />and carried without dissent.
<br />

<br />A. Minutes of June 26, 2019 Meeting
<br />
<br />Motion was made by Jennifer Deyo to approve the minutes of June 2019, seconded by
<br />Keith Bagby and carried without dissent.
