Local Team Composition - the local board of health shall appoint a <br />local health care provider. <br /> <br />Holly Warner, FNP, has been a nurse practitioner on the UNC Beacon Child Protection <br />Team since 2014. From 2011-2013 she served as a Child Medical Evaluator at the <br />SAFEchild Advocacy Center in Raleigh. Holly has specialized in pediatrics during her <br />career as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 1999. She is board certified in Advanced <br />Forensic Nursing and as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses <br />Credentialing Center. Holly is involved in several projects at UNC Healthcare related to <br />childhood safety and injury prevention. <br /> <br />Ms. Warner has served on the Orange County Child Fatality Prevention Team since <br />January 2016.
