He said he has <br /> 12 also expanded these efforts to international work. He said he has been able to witness how <br /> 13 these projects benefit the community, and learned what needs to be done to make it happen. <br /> 14 He said communities need to build resilience, and this type of project does just that. He said <br /> 15 these types of spaces have helped him to become the artist he is today, and have helped him <br /> 16 grow. <br /> 17 Frank Gaylor, Hedgehog Holdings owner, said it is fortunate for Orange County to have <br /> 18 people like Katie and Fred who are passionate about the arts. He said this old building needs <br /> 19 creative people. He said it is on the National Register of Historic Places, and he is excited <br /> 20 about the opportunity to help combine everyone's efforts. He said his company has negotiated <br /> 21 well, and wants to make it happen. <br />
