The property owner has <br />requested that the site be rezoned from Residential-2 (R-2) to Residential-4- <br />Conditional (R-4-C). The owner has also submitted a letter outlining voluntary <br />limitations regazding the future use of the site, if the Residential-4-Conditional <br />(R-4-C) zoning is approved for this site. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Orange County and Chapel Hill Planning staffs recommend approval of <br />the proposed zoning atlas amendment as contained in the attached analysis. <br />Following conclusion of the Public Hearing, the matter should be referred to <br />the Town of Chapel Hill for decision and then to the Orange County Planning <br />Board for a recommendation to the County Commissioners. <br />
