Based on what has actually transpired through
acquisitions and opportunities, the original community parks at Cedar Grove (Northern
Human Services Center) and Caldwell have become district and regional parks,
respectively. Accordingly, the original Cedar Grove/Little River District Park is now the
proposed Walnut Grove Community Park. In effect, the same needs are being met by two
district parks and one community park as were envisioned for two community parks and
one district park.
i?
