Town of Chapel Hill — Bill Webster <br /> • Morgan Creek Phase 2 — Out to bid <br /> Will be closing Culbreth Road next summer to tunnel under <br /> • Tennis Court Resurfacing to be bid soon <br /> • Cedar Falls Park will be bid with synthetic turf <br /> • Festifall held Oct 7th <br /> • Working with JC ' s for parade Dec 8th <br /> • Housing Special Olympics offices ( 300 athletes and 1000 volunteers ) <br />
