July 2014 and Year-to-Date Retail Sales <br /> <br />Discussion was held Ms. Tilley made a motion to approve the July 2014 Consent Agenda, Mr. <br />Jarvies seconded the motion and the vote carried. <br /> <br /> <br />8 Board Comments: <br /> Mr. Jarvies stated he would like to look at operation changes. <br /> Ms. Stuckey stated she would like the Board to discuss retaining an attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />9 At 10:18 am Mr. Jarvies made a motion to go into Closed Session in accordance with N.C. G.S. 143- <br />318.11 ( personnel matters), Ms. Tilley seconded the motion and the vote carried. <br /> <br />10 At 11:41 am Mr. Bagby made a motion to return from closed session, Mr. Lassiter seconded the <br />motion and the vote carried. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jarvies made a motion that the Board would seek legal guidance and would bring the findings <br />to the September 16, 2014 Board meeting, Mr. Bagby seconded the motion and the vote carried. <br /> <br />At 11:53pm Mr. Bagby made a motion to adjourn, Mr. Lassiter seconded the motion and the vote <br />carried. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_________________________________ ______________________________ <br />Chair’s Signature and Date Board Secretary’s Signature and Date <br /> <br />
