Financial Reports: <br />i. Comparative Statement of Net Assets <br />ii.Comparative Revenue and Expenses for May 2014 and May 2013 <br />iii Actual-to-Budget May 2014 <br />b. May 2014 and Year-to-Date Retail Sales <br /> <br />Discussion was held Mr. Link made a motion to approve the May 2014 Consent Agenda, Mr. <br />Jarvies seconded the motion and the vote carried. <br /> <br /> <br />6 Budget 2014/2015: Discussion was held. Ms. Stuckey made a motion to approve the 2014/2015 Budget, <br />Mr. Link seconded the motion and the vote carried. <br /> <br /> <br />7 Board Comments: Mr. Link and Mr. Cook congratulated everyone for a job well done. <br /> <br /> <br />8 Closed Session- In accordance of N.C.
