SWAB went on to discuss IA <br />instead of detailing the development of a timeline & framework for alternatives. <br />• Some discussion of alternatives highlighted in a specific report made by GBB to County <br />in 2008 about state of alternative technologies. Report showed only incineration was <br />mature enough to be practical and economically viable and only at a larger scale than <br />Orange County’s waste. <br />• SWAB has developed a list of items that it will recommend be part of a revised IA and <br />that will be refined and submitted to BOCC as soon as possible
