CrowderGulf is able to offer the County the widest possible spectrum of debris management and <br /> disaster recovery services which are itemized below: <br /> Pre Planning &Training <br /> Annual pre-disaster debris management planning sessions include training, review of emergency management plans, <br /> Debris Management Site(DMS)selection and other disaster recovery components. <br /> Emergency Road Clearance "PUSH" ' <br /> CrowderGulf provides push services by making certain that roadways <br /> designated by the County are clear and passable within 70 working hours 'r <br /> from issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP)with such clearance. <br /> V A M. <br /> ROW& ROE Debris Removal <br /> CrowderGulf performs permitting,clearing, and/or removing FEMA eligible <br /> disaster related debris from the public rights-of-way, private property, <br /> streets, roads, canals, lakes, ponds and waterways in the County's jurisdiction as directed. Each load of debris Is <br /> accurately and verifiably recorded on load tickets and presented to the County daily along with requested daily and <br /> weekly reports. <br /> Development and Operation of DMS <br /> CrowderGulf constructs DMS to handle the volume of debris generated in the Ax <br /> County by the disaster. Operation of the DMS includes debris separation, <br /> reduction, recycling and proper holding, separating and disposal of hazardous <br /> waste and fluids. DMS are fully restored to original condition after project <br /> completion. CrowderGulf can also assist In selecting and identifying appropriate <br /> DMS locations and provide site specific operational plans. ' <br /> Final Debris Disposal • k i` <br /> CrowderGulf disposes of all debris, including reduced debris, in accordance with <br /> all applicable federal, state and local laws, standards and regulations. Tipping fees are typically associated with final <br /> disposal facilities and can be paid by CrowderGulf and back billed at a later date as a pass through cost at the County's <br /> request. <br /> Stump Removal <br /> All stump removal will be conducted following the FEMA Public Assistance <br /> Program and Policy Guide for Hazardous Stump Removal . Stumps left on the <br /> rights-of-way will be hauled as regular vegetative debris.Only hazardous stumps '{. ` <br /> that meet FEMA stump requirements will be removed upon FEMA approval. <br /> Complete documentation will be collected before and after the extraction. j` • �` ;,, <br /> Tree Trimming & Removal (Leaners and Naggers) <br /> CrowderGulf performs tree trimming and removal in accordance with American National Standard ANSI A300. Other <br /> tasks also associated with tree trimming are free topping, stump grinding, grubbing, clearing, hauling and disposal of <br /> trees to abate imminent and/or significant threats to public health and safety.
