Having managed successful debris clean-up <br /> operations in sixteen(16)states including North Carolina,we have developed one of the most capable recovery management <br /> teams in the United States and feel that we are the best qualified to work with the County. The completion of over four <br /> hundred-eighty five (485) disaster recovery projects and success in removing, reducing and disposing of over three <br /> hundred and sixty-five million (365,000,OOD) cubic yards of debris is testament to our ability to meet the scope of work <br /> established by the County and further illustrates the qualifications of the CrowderGulf Team. <br /> We recognize that an efficient, orderly and safe debris management operation can only be achieved by experienced on-site <br /> personnel.You will find our team fully knowledgeable 1n all aspects of debris clean-up from operational methodology <br /> to quality control and FEMA public assistance reimbursements, This is why we can assure Orange County and their <br /> participating municipalities that CrowderGulf will complete its debris removal, reduction and disposal in a minimum <br /> time frame and in an environmentally safe and professional manner, Our large cadre of experienced local and regional <br /> subcontractors are also prepared to respond rapidly to the needs of the County and municipal entities in the event of an <br /> activation. <br /> CrowderGulfs Eastern Regional Manager for the Carolina's is Barrett Holmes. Barrett is a resident of Laurens,South Carolina. <br /> After retiring from the army, Barrett joined the CrowderGulf Team and brings with him a wealth of debris removal experience. <br /> Holmes provided Senior Management oversight for 11 North Carolina contract activations involving over 2.1 Million Cubic <br /> Yards of debris and following Hurricane Florence and in 2016, Mr. Holmes oversaw the entire Hilton Head Island Debris <br /> Removal Project after Hurricane Matthew devastated the area. After the project was complete, he and his team had removed <br /> and disposed of approximately 3.1 Million Cubic Yards of debris.
