Haul-Out of Reduced Debris to Final Disposal Site <br />Work shall consist of all labor, equipment, fuel, and miscellaneous costs necessary to pick up and <br />transport reduced material existing at a Local Government approved DMS to a final disposal facility. <br />All un-reduced storm debris must be transported to a final disposal facility separately from reduced <br />debris. <br /> <br />P. Household Hazardous Waste Removal, Transport, and Disposal <br />Work shall consist of all labor, equipment, fuel, and miscellaneous costs necessary for the removal, <br />transportation, and disposal of Household Hazardous Waste (“HHW”). <br />The removal, transportation, and disposal of HHW includes obtaining all necessary local, state, and federal <br />handling permits and operating in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />Q. Abandoned Vessel Removal <br />Work shall consist of the removal of abandoned vessels from Local Government Waterways. The removed <br />vessels will be hauled to a Local Government approved staging area for a limited timeframe and <br />subsequently disposed of by the appropriate regulatory agency. <br /> <br />R. Abandoned Vehicle Removal <br />Work shall consist of the removal and haul out of abandoned vehicles in areas identified and approved by <br />the Local Government. The removed vehicles will be hauled to a Local Government approved staging area <br />for a limited timeframe and subsequently disposed of by the appropriate regulatory agency. <br /> <br />S. Animal Carcass Removal and Disposal <br />Work shall consist of the removal of animal carcasses in areas identified and approved by the Local <br />Government. The carcasses will be hauled to a Local Government approved staging area and <br />subsequently disposed of by the appropriate regulatory agency. <br /> <br />T. Vehicle and/or Vessel Aggregation Sites <br />Work shall consist of all labor, equipment, fuel and miscellaneous costs associated with the operation of a <br />vehicle and/or vessel aggregation site. <br />These sites shall be fenced, lighted, and secured according to applicable state regulations. The Contractor <br />must be prepared to operate the sites to receive vehicles or vessels up to twenty-four hours a day and up <br />to seven days a week as required by the Local Government. Vehicles or vessels will be stored in a manner <br />to permit inspection by authorized agencies as required, or for reclamation by owners.
