Each successful contractor will be required to enter into a contract <br />with each Local Government. <br /> <br />These sample service agreements do not need to be submitted with the proposal. The federal <br />government requires certain terms and conditions when federal funding is involved, which the Local <br />Government is NOT able to negotiate. Therefore, any exceptions to the sample contracts must be <br />documented and submitted with your response.
