The federal <br />government requires certain terms and conditions when federal funding is involved, which the Local <br />Government is NOT able to negotiate. Therefore, any exceptions to the sample contracts must be <br />documented and submitted with your response. These exceptions will be reviewed during the <br />evaluation process. <br /> <br />x Exceptions to the Scope of Services.
