Current CrowderGulf client folders are updated yearly with current local pre-qualified subcontractors as well as <br /> M/WBE firm confirmations. <br /> 11. Upon Client activation, if any of the proposed local M/WBE firms are no longer able to fulfill assigned goals, <br /> CrowderGulf will identify other certified MIWBE firms to replace inactive M/WBE firms to maintain our proposed <br /> percentage goals. CrowderGulf will provide a detailed explanation as well as further commitments from other <br /> M/WBE certified subcontractors to perform scope of work in lieu of previously committed Subcontractors. <br /> Reporting <br /> With the nature of "Stand-By" event contracts being on an "as needed" basis, utilization/activation of the identified <br /> MIWBE firms will be based on CrowderGulf s activation by Client. Should the Client have yearly or quarterly reports to <br /> be submitted, CrowderGulf will file the needed reports upon request. <br /> Good Faith Effort <br /> As required by each awarded contract, CrowderGulf will meet or exceed goals and expectations on the Iocal minority <br /> workforce population and the utilization of minority professional firms, consultants and/or suppliers. CrowderGulf will <br /> maintain all requirements set forth by the County to maintain compliance with 44 CFR 13.36 (e) and FEMA <br /> SuperC!rcular 2 C.F.R. Chapter 2, Part 200, <br /> Affirmative Steps Include: <br /> 1. Placing qualified small and minority businesses and women's business enterprises on solicitation lists; <br /> 2. Assuring that small and minority businesses, and women's business enterprises are solicited whenever they are <br /> potential sources; <br /> 3. Dividing total requirements, when economically feasible, into smaller tasks or quantities to permit maximum <br /> participation by small and minority businesses, and women's business enterprises; <br /> 4. Establishing delivery schedules, where the requirement permits, which encourage participation by small and <br /> minority businesses, and women's business enterprises; and <br /> 5. Using the services and assistance, as appropriate, of such organizations as the Small Business Administration <br /> and the Minority Business Development Agency of the Department of Commerce. <br /> 121 <br />
