Prospective subcontractors may visit our <br /> website,www.crowderg u lf.com,to register or may fax information to the Disaster Administration Office for review. Due <br /> to CrowderGuIfs reputation of always treating our subcontractors fairly and paying them on a weekly basis,we have a <br /> surplus of subcontractors throughout the nation ready to work at a moment's notice. <br /> Subcontracting Practices - - <br /> It is the practice of CrowderGulf to subcontract debris work and services "CrowderGulf has developed a <br /> using the following guidance: seamless process which allows <br /> 1. Subcontract to the maximum extent possible with local firms and small for the rapid deployment of <br /> businesses. In addition, preference will be given to qualified local essential workers, maintained <br /> vendors forequlpment rental and supplies sourced in the jurisdictional vital communication lines with l <br /> boundaries. all parties involved in the <br /> cleanup efforts and has <br /> 2. Promote the use of local contracting by tasking a senior manager to strategically allocated resources <br /> assure notification through local media and organizations. to the areas of greatest <br /> 3. Promote subcontracting only with the assured compliance with equal need...They maintain the <br /> opportunity hiring, highest standards in the <br /> 4. Provide all subcontractors a clear chain of command for purposes of ; industry and operate with a <br /> official and/or unofficl@I communications. i level of integrity that is difficult <br /> 5. Accept, process and pay invoices of subcontractors in accordance to match." <br /> with the CrowderGuif policy. <br /> 6. CrowderGulf is corn mitted to promoting the use of small minority,disadvantaged firms and/or women-owned small <br /> business firms for contract work,whenever and wherever possible. <br /> 9. We currently maintain an active pre-qualified subcontractor database, tracking current certifications of local and <br /> regional D/M/W/SBE qualified subcontractors. Subcontractors can mail, fax, e-mail or log on to <br /> ,am.crowdergulf.corn to submit their company information for review. If necessary,we will use additional outlets <br /> such as newspapers, publications,websites, etc. <br /> 10, As required by each awarded contract, CrowderGulf will meet or exceed goals and expectations on the local <br /> minority workforce population and the utilization of minority professional firms, consultants and/or suppliers. <br /> CrowderGulf will maintain all requirements set forth by the Client. <br /> Subcontracting Policy <br /> It is standard policy that all subcontractors comply with all of the contractual conditions and commitments of <br /> CrowderGulf.As such, all subcontractors shall agree to the following: <br /> 1. Enroll in the E-Verify program and provide acceptable evidence of enrollment at the time of subcontract execution. <br /> Acceptable evidence consists of a copy of the properly completed E-Verify Company Profile page or a copy of the <br /> fully executed E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding for the company. It shall be the Subcontractor's <br /> responsibility to familiarize themselves with all rules and regulations governing this program. <br /> 2. Read and formally acknowledge by signature the CrowderGulf Contract for subcontractors and Safety Manual as <br /> provided by CrowderGulf, <br /> 3. Provide satisfactory evidence of bonding and licensing that complies with contract and jurisdictional requirements. <br /> 119 <br />
