Our Staff is well versed in the Code of Federal Regulations (44 CFR), FEMA's Public <br /> Assistance Program and Policy Guidelines (incorporating FEMA Debris Management Guide(FEMA 325), and <br /> the Public Assistance Debris Monitoring Guide{FEMA 327). <br /> CrowderGulf will share its knowledge and experience concerning reimbursement matters. The goal is to obtain <br /> maximum reimbursement by utilizing extremely accurate record keeping and exacting quality control measures. t <br /> Specifically, CrowderGulf will assist the County with the following: <br /> • Developing Project Worksheets E <br /> • Estimating debris volumes for initial damage assessment <br /> ■ Identifying eligible and ineligible reimbursements <br /> • Documenting every element of the recovery process <br /> • Reviewing all records to assure that they meet federal and state reimbursement guidelines <br /> • Providing various levels of training for County employees <br /> • Documenting all facets of work to support the claim process <br /> .' Maintain all documents for 7-10 years <br /> Reimbursement <br /> CrowderGulf is committed to completing any emergency management and recovery project for the City in the minimum <br /> amount of time and at the best price possible. We work in full regulatory compliance with all agencies involved in <br /> disaster recovery including but not limited to; <br /> • Federal Emergency Management Agency(FEMA) <br /> • Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) <br /> • Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) <br /> • North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources <br /> • United States Coast Guard(USCG) <br /> • United States Corps of Engineers(USACE) <br /> • The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services <br /> • The Forth Carolina Department of Transportation <br /> ESSENTIAL SUPPORT FUNCTIONS <br /> :�, Readiness Support and Training <br /> CrowderGulfs long and successful history of disaster response and recovery success is, in a large part, a result of <br /> continuous Readiness Planning and Training. CrowderGulf Is dedicated to a year-round cycle of preparation, practice, <br /> review and analysis to refine our procedures and processes. We strive for continuous improvement with the goal of <br /> exceeding expectations where it matters, in project execution. <br /> Taint training and pre-planning with the County will be an important part of Readiness Planning.On at least an annual <br /> basis,CrowderGulf specialists wili provide training and pre-planning sessions. In addition,our Debris Red uctlon <br /> specialists will be available to review and advise on potential DMSs. Preparedness training will be tailored to the <br /> County's needs and requests. <br /> Training and pre-planning sessions are designed by the needs of each individual Client. For example, if our Client is <br /> preparing their own session and would like CrowderGulf to prepare material for discussion for a particular time slot, <br /> material such as handouts and PowerPoint presentations are created to present to the attendees based on the <br /> discussion topic provided by the Client. This type of involvement is usually requested by Clients who have <br /> knowledgeable staff who are experienced in the debris removal process and only need a quick overview of a particular <br /> topic. <br /> 117 <br />
