Field <br /> Project Managers and Field Supervisors will be contacted and put on notice <br /> for potential deployment. The CrowderGulf Director of Operations will assess <br /> the information received from the National Weather Service and in consultation with Orange County's Debris Manager <br /> will determine the necessity for contract activation and team deployment and prepositioning of equipment resources. <br /> Preparation <br /> Based on the high probability of a known event, the Director of Operations (DO) will direct initial preparation of <br /> manpower and equlpment. He will inform all responding personnel as to situation status,departure, tasking and assets <br /> to mobilize. The Director of Operations will manage the commencement of mobilization, the tasking of the support <br /> units,and the dispatch of managers,crews and equipment. <br /> Mobilization of Resources <br /> CrowderGulf shall contact the County's Debris Manager a minimum of 48 hours prior <br /> to a hurricane event or immediately upon the occurrence of a major disaster or <br /> debris generating event in which there is no advance warning. <br /> Mobilization will take place immediately upon receipt of a NTP and in accordance <br /> with requirements as defined by the County's Debris Manager. Within eight hours <br /> '+ of receiving the NTP, CrowderGulf management team will be working on site with <br /> R the County and its Debris Manager to begin planning the required mobilization and <br /> operations for debris removal.Debris removal from streets and roads("PUSH")shall <br /> y begin within 12 hours of receipt of the NTP and reduction and disposal operations <br /> shall be in full operation within 48-72 hours, <br /> The severity of the disaster will determine how many employees and/or <br /> subcontractors will be assigned to a specific disaster event. Depending on <br /> the scope of the disaster, CrowderGulf will use a combination of company <br /> crews and subcontractors to perform work. We will begin with CrowderGulf <br /> personnel and proceed to add additional manpower and subcontractors until <br /> we have a sufficient workforce in place to effectively manage and handle the <br /> disaster recovery effort. Specific management personnel that will be <br /> assigned to this contract are provided in later sections of this proposal. .g' k <br /> Staffing the Emergency Operations Center <br /> CrowderGulf will commit a senior employee to be stationed in the County's Emergency Operations Center to coordinate <br /> plans for debris operations, communications and scheduling with the County's Emergency Management personnel, If <br /> requested by the County,this senior management representative will be on site in the Emergency Operations Center <br /> prior to storm landfall. <br /> Staging of Resources <br /> When a disaster is Imminent, we will review the need for staging equipment within 100-150 miles from the potential <br /> area of impact. local equipment and resources will be secured in safe locations and readied for mobilization.As soon <br /> as the storm passes the area and a Task Order(TO) issued, equipment and manpower will be staged at a convenient <br /> location near the truck certification area for the County. <br /> 95 <br />
