Resources <br /> Mobilizing Large Workforces <br /> Company-owned/Leased Equipment <br /> CrowderGulf maintains a large inventory of company-owned/leased <br /> equipment that is debris specific and available for immediate response <br /> > > to a disaster. Company-ownedlleased equipment will be pre-positioned <br /> for emergency PUSH operations and dispatched to the disaster area <br /> immediately upon the receipt of a NTP in order to begin restoring critical <br /> services in Orange County as quickly as possible. The following is a <br /> partial list of company-owned equipment available for use in any debris <br /> operation: (See Attached Equipment List) <br /> EQUIPMENT UNITS <br /> • Self Loading Trucks; (30—100 cubic yards) 65 <br /> • Dump Trucks (16 yards—50 yards) 153 <br /> • Rubber Tire Loaders(equipped with debris handling grapples) 26 <br /> • Rubber Tire and Track Equipped Excavators (with buckets and grapples) 18 <br /> • Pick-Up Trucks (equipped with portable phones for Foremen) 25 <br /> ■ Service Trucks 12 <br /> • Skid-Steer Loaders(equipped with buckets and grapples) 10 <br /> • Cherrington Beach Cleaners 4500 &4500 XL 5 <br /> • Stationary Power Screens--(sand screener) 2 <br /> • Diamond Z 14'Tub Grinders 6 <br /> • Shallow and deep water boats equipped with latest sonar and photo equipment 4 <br /> ■ Barges, tugs and large boats for heavy marine debris removal 4 <br /> Equipment Rental Agreements <br /> CrowderGulf also maintains active accounts with all major national equipment rental companies to supplement <br /> equipment needs as may be required (i.e. Beard, Hertz, Caterpillar, John Deere, United Rental, Sunbelt,etc.). <br /> All equipment shall meet all federal, state and local regulations. <br /> Additional Equipment Information <br /> • All equipment used for this contract will be rubber wheeled or rubber <br /> tracked unless otherwise approved by the County. <br /> • To the maximum extent possible,CrowderGulf and its subcontractors <br /> shall use self-loading trucks with grapples or grapple attachments. fin. <br /> Hand loading will not be permitted. - <br /> • No subcontractor will be allowed to solicit work from private citizens <br /> while assigned to the contract, <br /> • No equipment assigned to this contract will be used for any other <br /> contract work. <br /> • All trucks will be marked with proper slgnage.
