CrowderGulf had eleven additional contracts <br /> activated making a total of twenty nine simultaneous activated <br /> contracts. During the 2017 Hurricane season, CrowderGulf Y 4 <br /> experienced the same scenario involving multiple contract activations <br /> which led our team to revisit and revise our level of response. <br /> Following our 2017- 18 activation assessment, CrowderGulf worked <br /> diligently to enhance our program. We provided additional training to <br /> project managers and team members across seven states, solidified .: ._,: <br /> relationships with subcontract resources nationwide and revised plans <br /> and procedures for faster response to our clients and improved <br /> documentation protoco Is, <br /> During the 2018 activation, our company stood strong and we were <br /> ready. We provided each contract activation with an experienced project <br /> management team that remained with the assignment from start until <br /> k� finished. We provided each client with the needed assets, both <br /> r _ personnel and equipment to successfully meet all contractual obligations <br /> — - �" within the specified time to include safety, quality assurance and <br /> documentation personnel. <br /> CrowderGulf responded to Florida with urgency, providing each Florida <br /> Client with their own trained Project Management team. CrowderGulf did <br /> - f` not downslze equipment and personnel in North Carolina to respond to <br /> Florida, we doubled and in some cases tripled our equipment resources in our North Carolina contract <br /> activations to re-assure our North Carolina clients that we would finish their projects strong and successfully. We <br /> responded to our Florida clients with full resources and had damage assessment personnel on the ground within <br /> two hours of the storms passing. CrowderGulf provided personnel, drones and helicopters for damage <br /> assessment and brought in our own professional video ra her to capture storm damage and the debris <br /> removal process. <br /> Hurricane Michael <br /> Hurricane Michael plowed into the Florida Panhandle on <br /> u <br /> October 10 as a major Hurricane. it is the first Category 4 storm <br /> on record to hit the Florida Panhandle. Tropical storm-farce- <br /> winds extended more than 320 miles from the center, <br /> devastating the entire region. <br /> CrowderGulf holds many pre-event contracts within the area so <br /> our Director of Operations and Florida Regional Manager were <br /> on the ground performing damage assessment within 2 hours <br /> of the storms passing. Immediately our team mobilized hauling <br /> units to begin right-of-way (ROW) debris operations. From October 12--;Ianuary 12, 2019, CrowderGulf removed, <br /> processed,reduced and disposed of approximately 7.6 Million Cubic Yards of vegetative and construction/demolition <br /> debris at 26 Debris Management Sites and 13 Final Disposal <br /> _ -MIM �.,w'... Facilities. <br /> 1* �..� .. <br /> More than 83,000 hazardous trees have had falling hangers <br /> y '�arlr,t <br /> and leaners, to date and those limbs were cut to restore safe <br /> passage. Ongoing CrowderGulf operations in within the State <br /> `� •- .'' _� ' of Florida will also include the removal of construction and <br /> demolition debris white goods,e-waste, household hazardous <br /> waste(HHW), hazardous stumps, demolition of structures and <br /> Private Property Debris Removal (PPDR), <br /> 71 <br />
