He has direct <br /> experience in debris recovery operations from Hurricane Iniki in Hawaii and Hurricanes <br /> Charley, Ivan and Wilma that impacted Southwest Florida. He also provided mutual aide to <br /> Escambia County, Florida following Hurricane Ivan. During his 36 years of public service, he <br /> amassed an extensive background in high-level management, disaster response and training. He also trains <br /> CrowderGulf clients in all facets of debris management, Incident Command System (ICS), National Incident I <br /> Management System(NIMS)and the FEMA PA program process. <br /> Mr. Campbell was previously qualified as an accredited Professional Emergency Manager through the Florida <br /> Emergency Preparedness Association(FEPA)and remains active in the organization. (NIMS Certified Instructor) <br /> Don Madio--Regional Mana er <br /> Since 1999,Don Madio has served on more than 150 mid-to-large-scale disaster recovery and <br /> debris management projects. Don's seasoned portfolio offers a wide range of competent <br /> recovery and management disciplines,providing critical oversight to operational challenges and <br /> innovative project strategies that regularly exceed client expectations and project goals. Upon <br /> taking a position with CrowderGulf,Mr.Madio provided management and oversight for 7 debris t <br /> removal and waterway projects,following Hurricane Mathew.These projects were successfully <br /> completed within the client's time frame and contract specifications. Following Hurricane Irma, Mr. Madio served as <br /> Florida's Regional Manager and was tasked to manage all Florida debris removal operations throughout the State.He <br /> and his team of Project Managers and Field Supervisors managed 64 successful debris management and waterway <br /> projects, helping to remove and dispose of over 11.8 MILLION CUBIC YARDS of Hurricane Irma generated debris. <br /> Recently, Mr. Madio supervised and oversaw all of Hurricane Michael's debris management projects in Florida's <br /> Panhandle, where more than 15 MILLION CUBIC YARDS have been removed and disposed. All the while, Don <br /> handled any challenges that the historic 2017 and 2018 Storm Season threw at him,transcending all client objectives. <br /> Mr. Madio is a graduate from the University of Florida.(NIMS Trained) <br /> Brian Smallwood--Regional Manager, LEED AP <br /> Mr. Smallwood graduated Auburn University in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Building 1 <br /> Science. After graduation, he worked as a Project Manager in Atlanta, GA for one of the <br /> largest general contracting firms in the nation.There he built a strong management foundation •� = <br /> and obtained the necessary fundamentals to plan and coordinate with owners,engineers and <br /> government officials.Mr.Smallwood has the skills to estimate, propose,contract,coordinate, <br /> schedule, manage, budget, document and close-out a project from start to finish. Mr. <br /> Smallwood is often the first employee on the ground after a disaster.His fast mobilization time <br /> is of great benefit to clients as it generates an extremely quick start time. Mr.Smallwood has <br /> the ability to accurately assess damaged areas to help municipalities plan for a recovery effort. Mr. Smallwood took on <br /> the role of Regional Manager during the activation that took place after Hurricane Harvey.He oversaw ALL 26 contract <br /> activations throughout the State of Texas. He and his team removed and disposed of approximately 4.7 MILLION <br /> CUBIC YARDS of Debris. In 2016, he worked during Hurricane Matthew with the South Carolina Department of <br /> Transportation removing and disposing of approximately 500,000 Cubic Yards of Debris. He managed 6 separate <br /> Debris Management Sites for both State and County Roads and coordinated assets and resources for a population of <br /> over 315,000 residents. Mr. Smallwood serves as the Contract Representative for pre-event contracts in Alabama, <br /> Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Washington and California. His role in servicing contracts include conducting yearly <br /> training sessions,determining high risk areas within a community,locating debris storage sites,determining final debris <br /> disposal locations and discovering methods and options for recycling and reuse of debris. Mr. Smallwood is a LEER <br /> Accredited Professional with certifications in NPDES and FEMA courses. Mr. Smallwood has a current OSHA 30 and <br /> HazWoper 40 certification. Mr. Smallwood also holds the General Contractors license for CrowderGulf in the State of <br /> Florida. (NIMS Trained) <br /> 15 <br />
