In non emergencies, Mr. Ramsay is a well <br /> respected member of the timber industry.His experience in agriculture,farming,and silviculture <br /> provides opportunities for CrowderGulf to leverage additional services and expertise to our clients.He is well respected <br /> in the field and his technical advice has been and continues to be sought after by other contractors,municipalities,and <br /> various agencies such as Wildlife and Fisheries. She has played a vital role in establishing the Disaster <br /> Administration Office (DAO) in which she has structured and managed since its acquisition. As <br /> Chief Operating Officer for CrowderGulf, her role has provided a liaison to clients, logistics ; <br /> coordination with our field operations, contract negotiations, preparation of proposals, <br /> subcontractor coordination, field supervisor, project management, and all aspects of back office <br /> activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable and human resources. In 2012, Mrs. Ramsay-Naile was <br /> appointed by Governor Robert Bentley,to the Alabama State Workforce Investment Board. Dr.Wright has worked in field operations setting up and managing field <br /> offices, hiring and training personnel to work with all required documentation, and at <br /> CrowderGulfs Disaster Assistance Office(DAO)after all major disasters since 2003.In 2017,Dr.Wright worked onsite <br /> with our Client and their monitoring firm to assure that documentation and FEMA reimbursement went smoothly after <br /> Hurricane Hermine caused damage in the Florida. She worked to properly invoice and document approximately 9 <br /> Million Dollars for the City of Tallahassee and Leon County.
