Each individual is very experienced in emergency debris management. <br /> Depending on the need, additional staff may service the County.All additional CrowderGulf staff added will be upon <br /> approval of the County. <br /> Nick Pratt—Director of Operations <br /> Mr. Pratt serves as CrowderGulfs Director of Operations. His ability to coordinate our field <br /> assets and subcontractor resources has proved invaluable to the overall success of our many <br /> projects. Nick began his work at CrowderGulf in 2004 as an equipment operator and crew <br /> foreman following Hurricane Ivan. Having completed this large debris removal operation with <br /> great success, Nick's talents and abilities were used again to provide field supervision over 3 <br /> crews in Pascagoula,MS following Hurricane Katerina in 2005 and in Texas after Hurricane Ike <br /> in 2008. Nick supervised and managed several hauling crews until the final cleanup work was `--- ----- <br /> completed in Bolivar,Texas. Nick was promoted to Project Manager in 2010 and was assigned <br /> project management duties for the BP Deep Water Horizon Oil Spill cleanup. He initially handled all of the logistics for <br /> the Oil Spill project,putting hundreds of pieces of CrowderGulf equipment in place and directing and training hundreds <br /> for CrowderGulf employees throughout the operation. Nick has continued to assist our team by providing his expert <br /> knowledge and leadership in the field to complete any assignment given to him on or ahead of schedule. He has <br /> played a vital role as project manager for our large waterway debris removal contract with the New Jersey Dept. of <br /> Environmental Services,as a result of Hurricane Sandy in 2012.From 2012-2018,Nick has worked numerous disaster <br /> responses for CrowderGulf providing Project Management and asset coordination assistance far multi-state responses, <br /> 11 <br />
