With Senator Kinnaird's support, the spay/neuter legislation <br />was subsequently approved and ratified. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Baard adapt a Resolution of <br />Appreciation thanking Senatar Ellie Kinnaird for her work on behalf of the state's pets and pet <br />owners. <br />
