This <br /> property is served by two septic systems. It will be necessary for Orange County <br /> Environmental Health Department to perform a septic field evaluation in order to map the <br /> drain fields and septic tanks for inclusion on the survey. <br /> Fixed Fee: $2,450.00 <br /> Special Provisions- 1)We are prepared to begin within one week of notice to <br /> proceed. <br /> 2) Should waterlines be pvc material without <br /> tracer lines, there may be no way of location other than <br /> digging each line up which is not a part of this addendum. <br /> 3) Orange County agent to have both septic systems marked by <br /> Orange County Environmental Health Department. <br /> The Terms and Conditions of Original Agreement shall govern the execution of this <br /> Addendum. <br /> CLIENT SURVEYOR <br /> A1111' AN <br /> Authorized Signature Phillip W.
