The project is generally <br />described as re-roof of an existing building. <br /> <br />The following description will detail all items included in our scope of work. The proposal is based on a site meeting <br />with the owner. <br /> <br />1) Clean loose debris from existing roof. <br />2) Install 3” EPS flute fill. <br />3) Install wood blocking around perimeter of roof. <br />4) Mechanically attach (1) One layer of 1.5” ISO insulation (R9) with insulation plates and HD fasteners. <br />5) Install .060 TPO fully adhered roof system. <br />6) Fabricate and install 24-gauge drip edge flashed in with 5.5” cover tape. <br />7) Fabricate and install new cleated 24-gauge coping as required. <br />8) Install new pipe boots around gas stacks. <br />9) Flash fan curbs and install new counter-flashing. <br />10) Provide 20-year manufacturer’s NDL warranty. <br />11) Provide necessary aerial equipment. <br /> <br />The items of work as required to complete the roof replacement project at the Orange County Emergency Operation <br />Center located at 510 Meadowlands Drive in Hillsborough, NC will be performed for: <br />THE TOTAL INVESTMENT OF: …..…………………………………………………………………………………………………….….…. $122,157.00 <br /> <br />ALTERNATE <br />Add alternate to use (2) Two layers of 2.6” ISO insulation (R30) in lieu of (1) One layer of 1.5” ISO ……………. $38,500.00 <br /> <br />Thank you, <br />JJason Hayes <br />Jason Hayes <br />Estimator <br />Office (336) 449-1144 <br />Cell (336) 380-3475 <br />jason@sassercompanies.com <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 78A44749-59C0-4606-ACA0-54BC14EA1EF1
