Yes No. If yes, the amended date of subs <br />completion is: February 14, 2020 <br />___________________________________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />Full Description of Change: This change request includes the following: <br />2nd Floor layout changes required to meet code including demolition, framing, drywall, painting, mechanical, electrical an <br />changes. Roof Replacement generally described as a re-roof of the existing facility, including alternate to use (2) layers of <br />insulation. Plumbing repairs to lines and fixtures found once drywall was removed, including damages to lines with holes, <br />screw holes, and venting for lines not vented all all and accepting alternater for new shower valve to replace unit downst <br />life, and replacement of all light fixtures with LED lights. <br /> <br />Reason for Change: During the demolition it was discovered wooden studs within the walls that are no longer allowed by <br />therefore the wall changes are being made to bring the existing interior walls up to code. This requires additional mechan <br />and fire alarm work that was not planned within the original scope of work since the interior walls were not being remove <br />being replaced due to during construction it was determined that the roof was in a more deteriorated state than previou <br />the roof work started this uncovered other problems. This re-roof will install a new roofing system over the existing roofi <br />which will also increase the insulation value, more energy savings and also noise reduction for the call center. The plumbi <br />required due to finding multiple drain lines and vents with puncture holes from screws used for the original installation o <br />and one vent was not vented outside or tied into an existing system, it was vented directly into the ceiling cavity. This ven <br />the exterior of the building. The shower valve within the shower room is at end of life and to ensure no leaking in the futu <br />replaced at this time. The LED light fixtures are to replace the existing light fixtures.
