You have
the complete freedom to make changes to the suggested floor plan, so that you are
in control of wall placement and equipment options. Our goal is to provide you
with the floor plan and interior amenities that you want.
OPTIONS
• Shore Power—We strongly recommend the maximum length of combined
shore power cable length to be 100 feet. We have quoted a 75-foot shore
power cord with 25 foot extension. Cable lengths longer than 100 feet can
result in voltage drop for power to the vehicle, resulting in poor
performance or malfunction of onboard equipment.
• Graphics
o Graphics are available at about $1,000 per 10% vehicle coverage.
o Average coverage is usually 40% - 60% of the vehicle with cab
accents.
o A total graphics wrap with full cab coverage is $10,000.
• Engine size — LifeLine has quoted a 260 hp/660 lb-ft torque diesel engine.
Depending on the terrain of your service area, you may wish to upgrade to a
larger 300 hp/860 lb-ft torque engine for an additional $4,800.00.
• Slide out walls can be added to your vehicle for $9,495.00 per wall.
• Should you wish to have a non-CDL vehicle, LifeLine can reduce the overall
length of the vehicle to 37 feet, remove the backup generator, and bring the
weight of the vehicle under 26,000 lbs.
o This option would reduce the price of the vehicle by $3,789.
o Backup generator and some other items would also have to be
removed for vehicle weight to be under 26,000 lbs.
TRAINING
LifeLine provides two half-days of intensive training in the operation of all phases
of the van operation. The first half-day of training occurs at the delivery of the van,
and a second half-day is usually scheduled, at the request of the owner, in a future
month to re-train personnel on the operations.
Training includes actual operational issues of the van, such as deployment of
equipment; HVAC operation; periodic preventative maintenance operations; use of
check lists for improving operations; safety issues; and more.
