Is it expected that the vendor procure the Nomad handheld equipment? Same with the other dental equipment <br /> (Chairs/Ultrasonic/Autoclave etc.). Will this be vendor or customer provided? <br /> • One generator is acceptable. <br /> • We expect the vendor to have a working relationship with one of the dental equipment manufacturers,such as <br /> Henry Schein or Patterson and provide all dental equipment listed in the RFP, including but not limited to Nomad x- <br /> ray, dental chairs, lights, suction, ultrasound, and autoclave. <br /> 3. Will Orange County accept a chassis rated at 33,000#and requiring a Commercial Driver's License to operate? As <br /> long as the vehicle is able to operate efficiently and provide the necessary transport of the vehicle and equipment outlined <br /> in the RFP. <br /> 4. Will Orange County provide the dental equipment, sterilization equipment, and x-ray equipment for the operatory? No If <br /> so, please provide a complete list of customer supplied equipment. Orange County expects the vendor to provide all listed <br /> dental, sterilization and x-ray equipment by working with a dental equipment manufacturer, such as Henry Schein or <br /> Patterson. Orange County will provide the computers and printers. <br /> 5. If Orange County will not be supplying the dental equipment, sterilization equipment, and x-ray equipment please <br /> provide a complete list of required dental equipment (i.e. Make/Model and Cutsheets of required/requested equipment). <br /> Orange County expects the vendor to have a working relationship with a dental equipment vendor that has experience <br /> supplying the equipment necessary for mobile dental units. Specifics will be discussed during the design phase of the <br /> vehicle. <br /> 4. Will Orange County provide combination fax-copier-printer? If so, please provide make/model of equipment. If not, <br /> please confirm this should be vendor supplied equipment. Orange County will supply the fax-copier.
