We <br /> believe in a community where everyone's basic needs are met, including dignified and <br /> affordable housing, an abundance of healthy food, and meaningful social connection. <br /> 3. Since then, IFC has become the primary non- <br /> profit provider of basic needs services for people living or working in our community_ IFC <br /> has built capacity over decades to respond quickly and competently to residents' diverse <br /> needs in partnership with the County's Department of Social Services, the Towns of <br /> Chapel Hill and Carrbaro, the dC Partnership to End Homelessness, United Way of the <br /> Triangle, the Emergency Solutions Grant Program, the Department of Housing and <br /> Urban Development, and many private foundations. <br /> 4.
