Changes, corrections and additions beyond proposed project scope require <br /> re-estimating and are billed on a per-hour basis P $150 per hour. <br /> 2. Content received after 02, will be considered out of scope and billed at <br /> $150 per hour. <br /> 3. On-location press checks not included. If needed, press checks are billed P <br /> $150 per hour plus travel expenses. <br /> 4. MISC EXPENSES: Proposal includes creative design and production <br /> services only, and does not include purchase of stock or original <br /> photography, illustration, computer generated graphics, photo retouching, <br /> printing, press checks, bluelines or printed comps. Additional expenses will <br /> be billed separately and include a 20% markup. <br /> TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> Invoices are payable upon receipt. Interest at 1.5% per month is charged <br /> on outstanding balances over 30 days; no new work/files will be released if <br /> there are any balances over 30 days.
